1. The WhatsApp Ordering Process
Thread Story operates on a personalized concierge model. Finalizing a purchase requires redirecting from this website to WhatsApp. By initiating an order via WhatsApp, you agree to communicate with our representatives to confirm sizing, availability, and payment details.
- Orders are only considered "Confirmed" once payment is received and a confirmation receipt is sent by our team via WhatsApp or Email.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
2. Custom & Bespoke Orders
If you utilize our "Atelier" service to print your own design or request bespoke tailoring adjustments (e.g., custom hem lengths, shoulder drops):
- You affirm that you own the rights to, or have permission to use, any artwork or logos you submit for printing. Thread Story assumes no liability for copyright infringement on user-submitted designs.
- Bespoke and custom-printed items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival.
3. Products & Pricing
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be perfectly accurate.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.
4. Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We pride ourselves on the quality of our heavyweight cotton and craftsmanship. However, if you are unsatisfied with a standard-issue piece:
- Standard collection items can be exchanged for size within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and retains all original tags.
- Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective.
- Please refer to our Care Guide. Thread Story is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, or ironing.
5. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and digital downloads, is the property of Thread Story and protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.
6. Limitation of Liability
